WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Building a new house or remodeling an existing home can be overwhelming, and there are many ways to achieve your goals.  Meeting your priorities with regard to budget, timelines, finishes, and overall vision is our top concern.  You can expect us to provide the following:

• consultation and plan review 

• joint site visit prior to project start

• a mutually acceptable contract and draw schedule

• advance notice of crucial decision deadlines 

• access to Andy for questions and concerns

• a clear explanation of any change orders

• transparency in billing

• timeline and materials updates

• your advance approval for possible overages

• all work to meet or exceed industry standards
